If you have a website that has a lot of traffic but you think that visitors are to much focused on your website content and don’t pay much attention to the ads you have placed on it, then a CPM ad network might be the best option. With a CPM ad network you only rely on traffic volume and don’t have to worry about ad clicks. It’s true that the earnings of one click on a CPC ad network is equivalent to the earnings of a lot of views on a CPM ad network, but with a CPM ad network you know that if you have the traffic you will have the earnings.
This is a list of the best CPM ad networks based on my own experience.

1- A-Ads

A-Ads (Anonymous Ads) is a Bitcoin advertising network. It is one of the oldest Bitcoin advertising networks on the internet. They accept publishers from all over the world and don’t have strict requirements for publishers to join their ad network.
A-Ads offers banner advertising only, the reason for this is that A-Ads believes that advertising must not be annoying for internet users.
It’s payment model is not quite like a traditional CPM ad network, instead they assign campaigns to publisher’s websites according to traffic. Then this campaign remains generating profit for some time (even if you don’t have any visitors at all), untill it expires or reassigns.

2- Adaround

Adaround started in 2019, this network is similar to A-Ads but it pays in Adshares (ADS) cryptocurrency. This network accepts any kind of legal websites, and its payment model is CPM. Their rates are pretty good for tier 1 countries, but for any other countries it is pretty low.

3- Adsense

Adsense is the biggest ad network on the internet. It is the recommended ad network for most websites, as it has the highest paying advertisers and the highest fill rates for any country. Adsense ads are mainly CPC, but it also has some CPM ads with good rates. It is a high quality ad network, but it also accepts only high quality websites.

4- PropellerAds

Propellerads is a fast growing ad network that many publishers are starting to use. It has one of the highest CPM’s available and accepts most websites. The bad side is that this ad network only has invasive ad formats, like popunders and push notifications, there are no regular banners available.

CPM rates: Up to $4.60

Ad formats: In-Page Push, Push Notifications, Popunder, Interstitial, Direct link
Minimum payout: $25

Pros

– High CPM rates

5- Infolinks

Infolinks is an old ad network that is still being used by many publishers today. You can earn a steady income from this network, as it has a good fill rate for most countries. The downside is that the ad formats available are annoying to the visitors.

CPM rates: Up to $0.40

Ad formats: InText, InFold, InTag, InFrame, InArticle
Minimum payout: $50

Pros

– High fill rate for tier 3 countries

6- Smartyads

Smartyads is a good CPM ad network with nice rates, but your traffic must be from tier 1 countries. If part of your traffic is from tier 3 countries you wont earn anything because this ad network doesn’t have any advertisers for those countries. So you should choose this ad network depending on where your traffic comes from.

Minimum payout: $50
